iFile‘05 stores details of all share transactions processed by Insiders, as well as details of all reporting issuers, insiders, relationships and transactions, and allows unlimited notes, which are automatically cross-referenced on the filing.. It produces a wide range of reports, including reports on balances, transactions and status, as-at any date or between any two dates. It also produces the Form 55-102F6 , which was the paper form required by all Canadian Securities Commissions for the filing of trading reports by corporate insiders prior to the SEDI system.
